What patterns and designs are on the Anasazi's pottery?

Can I use a food safe over-glaze on a non-food safe glaze, will it make my pottery food safe?
I glazed my bowl in a non food safe glaze, fired it and then glazed the inside again with a food safe clear over glaze and fired it again. Is it safe to eat out of now or no? Thanks
Can you do pottery with big fingers?
I'm not going to lie, I'm not fat but my fingers are like pretty big. Bigger than normal so I ask this question can I make nice pots and roman jugs with my fingers. I wouldn't say they are fat, just big. Don't you have to have small hands to make fancy designs and stuff? I don't want to smash the dirt too hard.If it helps I have all 10 fingers unlike some people.

I Have 2 gold green pieces a vase and jug with louis xv french style ART work on them both , they are both stamped on the bottom with the oldCourt Ware Staffordshire England mark . DIY Pottery Kiln Idea?
I am interested in pottery but i don't have the $$ or electrical requirements to buy a commerical kiln. I am looking at making a brick kiln but all the bricks could be kinda pricey. So, i had an idea that im not sure is entirely logical but i was thinking of using an old dishwasher or oven as the framework for a kiln. I would then line this with ceramic fiber blanket and use propane burners to fuel it. Logical?
